Eligibility: Patients must be 18 years and older, reside in Utah, and currently receiving cancer treatment.
Services Provided:

Provides financial assistance grants for patients currently receiving cancer treatment, as well as online educational materials/workshops for the public. Financial assistance is for non-medical expenses, such as, transportation, rent, and other living costs. Does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Services Provided:

Offers a charitable care program for patients who qualify for assistance. The Foundation may subsidize the cost of healthcare services in full or at a discount.

Healthcare services may include procedures, medications and/or equipment determined to be valuable and/or necessary to meet a patient’s medical needs.
