USOR, Active Re-Entry serves the seven counties of Eastern Utah, with satellite offices in Moab and Uintah Basin.
There are five other Centers for Independent Living (CILs) in Utah.

Must have a diagnosed intellectual disability. Additional disabilities will not limit a person’s qualification to participate. Programs are offered to adults 18 years and older.

RAH strives to make life better for individuals with intellectual disabilities as well as the families that support them. Provides educational and life skill classes, social recreational programs, community involvement, respite for families, and structured day services. Services are currently available for individuals age 18 and older.

A non-residential center for independent living designed for people of all ages and disabilities. Controlling one's life and minimizing dependence on others are essential for independent living. All services are demand-driven through the consumer requesting the service. Provides services to individuals with disabilities to facilitate their full participation in the community and raise the understanding of disability issues and access to the community. Five core services and additional support programs/services are provided depending on the needs of the individual with the disability. Transportation service for people with physical, cognitive, or visual disabilities who are functionally unable to independently use the UTA fixed route bus service either all the time, temporarily, or under certain circumstances. Registered Paratransit riders may schedule trips with a pick-up or drop-off point within three-quarters of a mile boundary of a regular local fixed bus route or light rail station. Provides curb-to-curb transportation persons with disabilities and seniors.

Services about 65 square miles in the cities of Bluffdale, Draper, Herriman, Riverton and South Jordan. Within Salt Lake City, services the neighborhoods of Rose Park, Fairpark, Poplar Grove, and Glendale.

Provides on demand shared ride services to other public transportation hubs or local community destinations. Download and request rides through Via app or call 385-217-8191. Regular one-way fare is $2.50 and can be paid via credit card or with UTA tickets. Riders may request wheelchair accessible transport. Individuals living with a disability travel at a discounted rate of $1.25 per ride.

Provides a public mass transportation system for Utah communities with services from Payson to Brigham City. Offers disability related transportation, discount transit passes, general paratransit/ community ride programs, local rail services, local bus transit services, orientation and mobility training, park/ ride facilities, and travel directions/ trip planning.
