The Portal is funded in part by the Childrens Health Insurance Program Reauthorization Act (CHIPRA) of 2009 Quality Demonstrations grant, #1Z0C30547-01-00 (2/2010-2/2015), as a component of the Children's Healthcare Improvement Collaboration (CHIC).
Development of the Medical Home Portal has been and is funded in part by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Maternal and Child Health Bureau (MCHB), for the Portal's role in supporting the aims of grants H02MC00082, D70MCD4477, H6MMC11061, U22MC16508, and D70MC275500100 awarded to the Utah Department of Health (UDOH).
