Provides lifesaving tools and immediate support to enable victims to find safety and live lives free of abuse. Highly trained, experienced advocates offer support, crisis intervention, education, safety planning, and referral services.

For individuals with developmental disabilities, their families, and their communities.

Provide information and referral to local disability supports that are beneficial to individuals with developmental delays. Information and referral assistance with completing paperwork for needed supports. Provide a one to one service navigator to assist/advocate for needed supports.

The Kauri Sue Hamilton School is a center-based school for students with significant disabilities. Students receive a comprehensive educational program and specialty services including music, speech, occupational and physical therapy and adaptive P.E. The facility includes a therapy swimming pool, two playgrounds, two multi-sensory environment rooms, therapy treatment rooms, a health clinic, 18 classrooms and a cafeteria and gymnasium.

Anyone can received assistance. If the client is planning to use Medicaid or Medicare, other eligibility requirements may apply depending on the equipment needed. Call for more details.

Provides Service Dogs to children worldwide. Enriches the lives of children with disabilities by training and placing quality, task-trained service dogs. Provides increased independence for the children, and assistance to their families.

No charge for services.

Provides service and companion dogs to people who have mobility difficulties, type I diabetes, epilepsy, and other medical needs. Provides a Disabilities Awareness Education Program and K-9 Kids Reading Program for school-age children as well as Animal Assisted Therapy services.

Any child with hearing loss between the ages of newborn and twenty years, with financial need, may apply.

Assists children with hearing loss to achieve improved communication. Provides financial assistance for hearing aids, enclosed caption converters for television, tactile units, FM units (into which a hearing aid is plugged for amplification), computers to assist deaf children in communicating, etc.

Individuals and families at or below 150% of federal poverty guidelines, and are not eligible for Medicare, Medicaid, homeless services, or other programs.

• The child must be 18 years of age or younger (a person 19–21 may be considered if they are in a child-like mental state).
• The child must be under the care of a physician.
• The request must be clinically relevant to a specific healthcare need of the child.
• There must be no existing insurance coverage for the requested expenses.
• One request per 12 months, per child for a maximum of three times in a child’s lifetime.

Provides pediatric grants that cover a wide variety of clinical, equipment, travel and lodging, and vehicle modification costs related to children's healthcare needs.

Children and adults with serious medical conditions, demonstrate financial need or compelling needs, medically stable, ambulatory, and able to board and exit plane with limited assistance.

Provides flights for cancer patients and bone marrow donors and recipients that are traveling to and from nationally recognized cancer treatment centers within the United States and Canada.

Works to improve the quality of life for individuals living with a rare disease, or undiagnosed genetic defects. ONLY those with these issues are eligible. Assist those qualifying individuals with medically related expenses, non-medically necessary equipment, and educational, moral, and social support.
