Specializes in serving students who need emotional, social, and behavioral support.  Special programs that are available to all qualifying students are: Speech, Occupational Therapy, Guidance, and Vocational Training.

Must be a resident of Jordan School District, age 18-22, and screened through Special Education Placement.

South Valley School provides training for special education students in independent living skills, character education and vocational preparation in full-time and part-time programs. All students leave South Valley School with a post-graduation plan, in an effort to help them succeed in the transition from school and throughout the rest of their lives.

Public school, ages 5-22

The Kauri Sue Hamilton School is a center-based school for students with significant disabilities. Students receive a comprehensive educational program and specialty services including music, speech, occupational and physical therapy and adaptive P.E. The facility includes a therapy swimming pool, two playgrounds, two multi-sensory environment rooms, therapy treatment rooms, a health clinic, 18 classrooms and a cafeteria and gymnasium.

Children who have developmental delays, diagnosed conditions, or syndromes, under the age of 3, who reside within the Jordan or Canyons School District boundaries.

Provides preschool, early intervention, and assessment services to families within the Jordan and Canyons school district boundaries with infants and young children. Provides families with the knowledge and tools to enhance their child’s growth and development including social, physical, creative, cognitive, and language development.COVID-19 UPDATE: Offering services to children in the program through telehealth along with in-person options that follow CDC guidelines.
