Services Provided:

Provides services to those who are experiencing a mental health crisis including suicide ideation, panic attacks, uncontrollable behavior, or situations involving a threat to self or to others. Underinsured or uninsured children, youth, families, and individuals in the legal system and all Medicaid eligible individuals may qualify for service. Services are provided to those residing in Box Elder, Cache, and Rich counties.

COVID-19 UPDATE: Facilities remain open during office hours. Providers are accessible via telehealth, telephone, or in-person with precautions. Visitors are not allowed in the facilities other than parents/guardians. Masks are required.
