Eligibility: Adolescents between 11 and 18 years of age.
Services Provided:

Provides mental health and substance abuse treatment programs in a comfortable, home-like environment where students can benefit from personalized interactions, close supervision, and comprehensive professional support. Provides residential treatment, day treatment, individual/group/family/recreation/experiential therapies, and community service activities. All treatment plans include academic programs.

COVID-19 UPDATE: No in-person visitation is allowed at this time, however, tele-health communication can be used to remain connected.

Family therapy sessions are held every week, and every six to eight weeks family members are invited to our campus for Parent Days, which feature educational seminars, multi-family group therapy, parent support groups, family therapy sessions, and family recreational activities.

Eligibility: Weber and Morgan counties. Have or have had an identified substance use disorder and are: National Guard Members and their families or significant other, or referred from primary health care providers, other health care entity, or self-referred. Sliding fee scale based on income and household size. Shall not be subject to a court order or condition of probation that dictates a specific treatment or recovery support service, and do not have the ability to pay for services.
Services Provided: To improve, enhance and promote the emotional wellbeing and growth of individuals who experience life-disrupting problems due to mental illness and/or chemical abuse. To strengthen the quality of their personal, family, and community life.
Residential support for 16 for acute needs, coordinates privately held rental units.
