Services Provided: The HEAT Program provides year-round energy assistance and energy related crisis assistance for eligible low-income households throughout Utah. The program runs each year from October 1 through September 30. It is advised that individuals continue making payments towards heating and/or cooling until the funds have been approved for their household. Individuals don't need to be in debt with heating/cooling costs to apply for HEAT. Appointments available at various locations throughout Davis, Weber, and Morgan Counties. For a limited time, those who qualify for utility payment assistance, may also qualify for water payment assistance.COVID-19 UPDATE: Offices are closed to the walk-in public at this time. Lifeline Assistance program is available for only one wireline or wireless account per household. Low income (see online income chart) and/or recipients of any of the following programs: Medicaid; Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF); Food Stamps/SNAP; Section 8/ Federal Public Housing Assistance; Supplemental Security Income (SSI); National School Free Lunch Program (NSLP); Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP).COVID-19 Update: The unemployed may use the Unemployment Benefit Letter as proof of eligibility until 11/30/20.

Services Provided: Offers the Lifeline Assistance Program, a government program that provides eligible low-income customers free monthly data, unlimited texting, free monthly minutes plus a free phone. The program is available for only one wireless or wireline account per household. Separate households that live at the same address are eligible, including residents of homeless shelters and nursing homes.
