Services Provided: Helps increase the financial stability of low-to-moderate income households through obtaining a livable wage, learning basic financial principles, and connecting clients with other helpful and appropriate community resources, agencies, and asset-building programs. Provides individual employment and financial stability coaching to help with increasing household income opportunities and organizing financial matters. Offers free, year-round VITA tax assistance program to help with traditional tax filing up to three years past.COVID-19 UPDATE: Following all CDC and state guidelines. All VITA appointments for regular 2021 Tax returns are available. Call for information; Please drop off all necessary documents for tax filing, along with all intake forms to main location. The tax return will then be prepared virtually and a virtual/phone appointment will be scheduled to discuss any questions or concerns.

Services Provided:

A confidential survey, conducted by a 211 specialist, to help determine whether families are eligible for important tax credits, such as the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) and/or Child Tax Credit (CTC).
