Grants are for Utahns with low income who are at or below 150% of federal poverty guidelines and have no other funding source.

Loan requirements include:

Offers small grants of up to $500 for Utahns with disabilities to purchase assistive technology devices. 

Provides low-interest loans of up to $50,000 to purchase assistive technology or devices. Up to $25,000 may be loaned for home modifications. Examples of eligible purchases or adaptations include:

Assists low income individuals with a range of needs including mobility equipment (wheelchairs, walkers, vehicle modifications such as hand controls and lifts), ramps and minor house modifications for accessibility, medical equipment (not including medical bills or back bills), and prostheses.
