Programs that provide assistance in performing routine household, yard and personal care activities for older adults, people with disabilities, eligible low income people, families whose normal routines have been disrupted by an emergency or others who need or want these services. The objective of in-home assistance is to help the recipient sustain independent living in a clean, safe and healthy home environment. (AIRS PH-3300)

Services Provided: The Division of Services for People with Disabilities (DSPD) serves children and adults who have intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, brain injuries, and autism. Home and community-based services including: community living, day services, supported employment services, and support for people with disabilities and their families. Services are uniquely tailored to each person and family and are designed to allow persons with disabilities to lead self-determined lives and be full participants in their communities.
