Covers topics such as Intervention & Therapy, Communication, Family Dynamics, Building Independence, School & Work, and includes CP advocates such as Comedian Zach Anner, Comedian Maysoon Zayid, Actor Micah Fowler, and Sports Announcer Jason Benetti. Provides custom service dogs to children with special needs across the US.

Ages 18 months - 21 years. Serves Salt Lake and Utah counties. Does not currently offer diagnostic services, an autism diagnosis is required prior to enrollment in services.

Accepts private pay, University of Utah: Healthy Premier & Healthy Preferred, BlueCross BlueShield, United Health Care/Optum Care Network. 

Provides ABA therapy services.

Accepting some commercial insurance.  Referral form can be completed on website and wait-times may apply.

Provides hands-on training and ABA therapy for individuals. For adults with developmental disabilities, specifically those who have complex needs. Offers person-centered learning that encourages independent living skills, vocational training, supported employment, and community integration.

Services Include:

• PEERS- social skills training for individuals 18+
• Day programs for adults with autism and intellectual/development disabilities

Box Elder, Cache, Davis, Salt Lake, Tooele, and Weber Counties - All questions related to eligibility should be directed to the administrating local health department. The Box Elder program is administered by the Weber-Morgan Health Department and the Tooele program is administered by the Salt Lake County Health Department.

An individual whose vehicle does not pass an emissions test may receive financial assistance to replace the failed vehicle with a newer, cleaner one or to repair it so that it passes a subsequent emissions test. The amount of financial assistance depends on household income, household size, and whether the applicant chooses to replace or repair the failed vehicle.  Made possible through a grant sub-award to them from the Utah Division of Air Quality.

Ages 4+.

Provides counseling, case management, prevention, and shelter to help individuals and families build lives free from domestic and sexual violence.

All insurance plans are accepted and care is provided regardless of ability to pay.

Offers comprehensive diagnosis, treatment and management of clubfoot for infants and children. Clinic tours and prenatal consults are available upon request.
