Individual counseling sessions can be done in-person, online, or over the phone. Couple, family, and group counseling is also available. Support groups include The Man Cave group for men-for any male whose spouse is expecting a child or has had a child in the last 3 years (see the Caregiver/Care Receiver Support Groups service term). Areas of therapist expertise include motherhood, relationships, sex, transitions, mental health, and prenatal or postpartum depression, art therapy, and more. Offices located in Salt Lake, Utah County, and Park City.
