• Home Based Parenting Education

Community clinic providing medical, mental health, health education, and outreach services. Serves all residents regardless of ability to pay, but offers specialized services to meet the needs of migrant and seasonal agricultural workers and their families through Utah Farm Worker Program (UFWH). Also refers patients to other existing health care providers and resources. Includes prenatal care, and general counseling services.COVID-19 Update: Scheduling telehealth visits for those who are unable to come into the clinic or who may be at risk or have the virus. Visitors must wear a face covering.
