Services Provided:

Provides food and shelter in the aftermath of man-made or natural disasters, assists members of armed forces and their families with emergency communications, teaches lifesaving skills, e.g. First Aid, CPR, AED, babysitting. Conducts various emergency preparedness trainings including the Sound the Alarm campaign where local groups and fire departments canvass at-risk neighborhood to install free smoke alarms. All American Red Cross disaster assistance and emergency preparedness trainings are free, made possible by voluntary donations of time and money from the American people. COVID-19 UPDATE: Office is temporarily closed. All staff are working remotely, please call 385.256.4808 to connect. Layton Blood Center remains open, healthy volunteers are urged to donate blood, visit rcblood.org/appt for details.
