Provides research, training, technical assistance, and services for children and adults with disabilities, families, and the professionals who serve them.

Services Include:

• Community education and technical assistance to people with developmental disabilities, family members, service providers, educators, and professionals on a wide range of topics including web accessibility, assistive technology, federal and state special education policy, and professional development.
• Research on the causes of disability and the implementation of evidence-based practices.
• Educational opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students, professionals, and advocates.
• A broad array of services addressing family and consumer needs through clinical and community settings.
• Dissemination of the most current research and information related to disability services and supports.

Utah’s federally designated University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (UCEDD).

Promotes quality of life, independence, and personal satisfaction for people with disabilities by supporting informed, responsible choices, and working toward positive individual outcomes through training, service, and research. Services include independent living skills instruction, comprehensive disability related employment programs, adult day programs, supported living services for adults with disabilities, adult and children's in home respite care, and health and disability related social clubs.

Children, living in Cache, Box Elder, and Rich Counties, ages birth to 3, with developmental delays, disabilities, or diagnosed conditions.

Provides early identification and developmental services for families of infants and toddlers, ages birth to three, with developmental delays, disabilities or diagnosed conditions. Services are provided through the coordinated effort of parents, community agencies, and a variety of professionals. Places where services are provided include the Up to 3 Center, homes, and community settings such as child care.COVID-19 UPDATE: Utilizes a hybrid model for therapy services with mainly in person services and virtual therapy services on a case by case basis. Following all CDC and state guidelines.
