Eligibility: Children ages birth to 3, with developmental delays, disabilities or diagnosed conditions. Also for children, youth, and adults with suspected learning or attention problems or developmental disabilities. Cache, Box Elder, Rich counties. Sliding scale, reduced fee available.
Services Provided: Provides early identification and developmental services for families of infants and toddlers, ages birth to three, with developmental delays, disabilities or diagnosed conditions. Places where services are provided include the Up to 3 Center, homes and community settings such as child care.
CPD Clinical Services offers a strong interdisciplinary approach to assessment/ evaluation and treatment services. Treatment services include a psychologist, a speech/language pathologist, eating and nutrition services, hearing, and care coordination.
An Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinic is part of Clinical Services, with an interdisciplinary team and specialized instruction for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Children working with a physical therapist have the opportunity to participate in weekly Mommy and Me gymnastic classes at Altius Gymnastics as part of their service plan.
Up To 3 families also participate in Adaptive Dance classes offered at the Brigham City Fine Arts Center.
