Accepts private pay, and several insurance plans including: Aetna, American Health Plans, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Deseret Mutual Benefit Administration (DMBA), Health Choice, Imperial Insurance Medicare Advantage, Molina, PEHP, Tricare, United HealthCare, and University of Utah Health Plan.

Children with speech, language, and/or hearing impairment. Fees significantly lower than private sector, will bill insurance.

Services Provided:

Provides evaluation and treatment of adults and children with speech, language, and/or hearing impairment.

Provides voice therapy to help patients change the way they speak to closely match their gender expression.
