Promotes cycling as an effective and sustainable form of transportation and as a cornerstone of a cleaner, healthier, and safer society. Provides bicycle safety education, and low-cost bicycle repair. Collects donated bikes to refurbish for distribution to agencies that offer them to lower-income households with children; agencies have specific eligibilities. All welcome to bike repair class, Youth Open Shop night is for ages 10 - 17; Open shop for age 16+

The Collective provides refurbished bicycles at affordable prices, do-it-yourself workshops, access to bicycle repair tools and work benches, educational programs, volunteer opportunities and collects donated bikes for the community.
