Provides no cost, non-emergency air travel for children and adults with serious medical conditions and other compelling needs. Services are available throughout the 13 western states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Children and adults with serious medical conditions, demonstrate financial need or compelling needs, medically stable, ambulatory, and able to board and exit plane with limited assistance.
