Offers a variety of fun and educational programs for kids, including after-school clubs, youth camps, and community, project, and family clubs. These programs are run by the Utah State University Extension Office Staff, Volunteer 4-H Leaders, and parents. The youth programs offered by 4-H include over 100 project areas from outdoor recreation to robotics.

All people of all ages who experience a physical, sensory, cognitive or mental disability are invited to participate in center activities. Eligibility for some opportunities is based on economic need.

A non-residential center for independent living designed for people of all ages and disabilities. Controlling one's life and minimizing dependence on others are essential for independent living. All services are demand-driven through the consumer requesting the service. Provides services to individuals with disabilities to facilitate their full participation in the community and raise the understanding of disability issues and access to the community. Five core services and additional support programs/services are provided depending on the needs of the individual with the disability. Children from single parent families age 6-12 (once match is made, up to age 17), children must want a Big Brother or Big Sister, parent must support the match relationship, and there are no income-related qualifications.

Traditional Mentoring Program - adults, 18 and older, are matched one-on-one with a child, aged 6-12, from a single parent family home. They meet after school and/or on the weekend.

Children must reside within the Ogden School District boundaries, attend school on a daily basis, and have passing grades. Youth Impact is intended primarily youth from 4th grade through high school.
