USOR, Active Re-Entry serves the seven counties of Eastern Utah, with satellite offices in Moab and Uintah Basin.
There are five other Centers for Independent Living (CILs) in Utah.

Volunteers and staff assist people with blindness and visual impairment to be more independent and active in their communities through transportation services, socialization and support, education, information, advocacy, instruction, training, mobility aids, transcription, parenting programs, disability rights groups, volunteer opportunities, support groups, tuition assistance, and referral services. Works to establish equal rights for people with disabilities through enforcement of federal and state laws. DRAC advocates for legislative action and other measures to improve these rights, with an emphasis on fair housing, accessible transportation, and community-based care. DRAC is a case management provider for the New Choices Waiver (NCW) program sponsored by the Utah Department of Health.

ADAPT/Utah chapter partners with ADAPT National.

A private and non-profit organization working to enforce and strengthen laws that protect the opportunities, choices, and legal rights of Utahns with disabilities. The focus is disability discrimination, and areas related to disability. Provides information and specialized information and referral only pertaining to filing for disability benefits, personal injury, family law, guardianship, or evictions. Assists with protection and advocacy, mediation, legal representation, housing discrimination, patient rights, adult protective services, disability rights, and legal information. Advocates for people with developmental, cognitive, intellectual and related disabilities and their families through support, outreach, education and legislation.

All people of all ages who experience a physical, sensory, cognitive or mental disability are invited to participate in center activities. Eligibility for some opportunities is based on economic need.

A non-residential center for independent living designed for people of all ages and disabilities. Controlling one's life and minimizing dependence on others are essential for independent living. All services are demand-driven through the consumer requesting the service. Provides services to individuals with disabilities to facilitate their full participation in the community and raise the understanding of disability issues and access to the community. Five core services and additional support programs/services are provided depending on the needs of the individual with the disability.
