USOR, Active Re-Entry serves the seven counties of Eastern Utah, with satellite offices in Moab and Uintah Basin.
There are five other Centers for Independent Living (CILs) in Utah.

Provides temporary Medicaid insurance coverage for low income pregnant women who have no insurance or inadequate prenatal insurance. Other services include helpful information from referrals to financial help to preparing for pregnancy, for parents and their children statewide.

All people of all ages who experience a physical, sensory, cognitive or mental disability are invited to participate in center activities. Eligibility for some opportunities is based on economic need.

A non-residential center for independent living designed for people of all ages and disabilities. Controlling one's life and minimizing dependence on others are essential for independent living. All services are demand-driven through the consumer requesting the service. Provides services to individuals with disabilities to facilitate their full participation in the community and raise the understanding of disability issues and access to the community. Five core services and additional support programs/services are provided depending on the needs of the individual with the disability. Provides mental health and substance abuse treatment to Davis County residents.
