Child birth to 3 years of age and be determined to have a developmental delay in one qualifying area or by medical diagnosis. Family must live within Granite, Murray, Salt Lake City, Tooele County, or Duchesne County School Districts. Families who meet 100% of the federal poverty guidelines.

Offers an intensive, comprehensive, and flexible Early Head Start child development program that is designed to reinforce and respond to the unique strengths and needs of each individual child and family. Pregnant women can receive prenatal and postnatal education, toddlers, and infants receive services through weekly home visits, or in a collaborative partnership in a community child care setting.COVID-19 UPDATE: Per the office of Head Start, all Head Start staff, some contractors, and all volunteers are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19 and universal masking for all individuals two-years of age and older. Working toward full, in-person comprehensive services. All individuals are required to be fully vaccinated by January 31, 2022.
