Offers family caregivers help with resources, skills, education, and support to care for those who suffer from memory loss, and other physical disabilities.

Total household income at or below 150% of the federal poverty level. Household is responsible for paying home energy costs, and household must contain at least one US citizen or legal permanent resident. Cannot help with an outstanding balance from a previous location or fees for reconnect. For the Crisis HEAT program, must have a shutoff notice to qualify. Can apply for crisis help once per year. Must be able to cover 50% of the outstanding balance.

Provides year-round energy assistance and energy related crisis assistance for eligible low-income households throughout Utah. The program runs each year from October 1 through September 30. For a limited time, those who qualify for utility payment assistance, may also qualify for water and/or cooling payment assistance.COVID-19 UPDATE: Call to schedule an appointment or submit online application.
