Services include independent living skills instruction, comprehensive disability related employment programs, adult day programs, supported living services for adults with disabilities, adult and children's in home respite care, and health and disability related social clubs.

Child care providers have one of the following: A valid Utah Family Child Care License or Residential Certificate, Be approved as an Alternate Care Provider, Be approved as a Relative Care Provider. Need CPR and first aid training. FFN license accepted.

The childcare nutrition program provides healthy meals to children, nutrition education and support, and disburses USDA funds to family childcare providers.

Children and youth, ages 3 to 18, with mild to severe intellectual delays and/or physical disabilities.

Provides disability related sports and recreation for children and adolescents with mild to severe intellectual delays and/or physical disabilities. Activities include baseball/T-ball, basketball, soccer and bowling. COVID-19 UPDATE: Following all CDC and state guidelines.
