Provides services to those who are experiencing a mental health crisis including general/suicide/mental health crisis lines, general/adolescent counseling, adult residential treatment and psychiatric day treatment, psychiatric medication, child guidance, and mental health evaluation. Underinsured or uninsured children, youth, families, and individuals in the legal system and all Medicaid eligible individuals may qualify for service. Services are provided to those residing in Box Elder, Cache, and Rich counties. Includes Evidence-based program models for prevention including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). COVID-19 UPDATE: Facilities remain open during office hours. Providers are accessible via telehealth, telephone, or in-person with precautions.
