Accepts most insurance plans including Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP, and PCN, and offers a VIP Discount Health Care Plan for those that do not qualify for the sliding fee scale or have high insurance deductibles.

Provides medical and dental care to the general population (particularly low income, uninsured, and under insured) with fees based on a sliding scale. Offers Family Medical Services, OB/GYN, Pediatric, Behavioral Health Counseling, Health Care Navigator, and Pharmacy.
