Long-term employment/career program and job readiness that offers one-on-one education and coaching to help low-income individuals reach their full earning potential in the workplace. Provides employment services along with resources through volunteer and community collaboration. The program is offered in 4 phases and is self-paced, with the average client completing phase 1 within 3 months.
