Children must reside within the Ogden School District boundaries, attend school on a daily basis, and have passing grades. Youth Impact is intended primarily youth from 4th grade through high school.

Exists to positively impact the lives of at-risk youth by nurturing their emotional, physical, and social needs in year-round mentor program. Notable programs include: Study Hall, Arts & Crafts, Gardening, Hobby Shop, Recreational Sports, and daily youth mentoring. Snacks and dinner are provided during program hours. After school transportation to and from the facility is also available, as well as related volunteer opportunities.COVID-19 UPDATE: Mentors keeping connected to youth with school-provided lunch drop-offs, virtual classrooms, activities and ensuring youth are completing schoolwork, and providing critical support. Following all CDC and state guidelines.
