A community development corporation that helps low-to-moderate income families make homeownership a reality through homebuyer/ home purchasing counseling, financial counseling, home rehabilitation loans, housing down payment loans/ grants, mortgage payment assistance, and offering low cost for sale homes/ housing units.COVID-19 UPDATE: Following CDC and state guidelines. Free for Salt Lake County residents who live in homes, apartments, or mobile homes built before 1978, pregnant women, or children under the age of six who live in or visit the residence, and whose household income is at or below qualifying income levels.

Salt Lake County administers grant funds from U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to homeowners, renters, and landlords to control or remove lead paint hazards in housing built before 1978.
