Eligibility: Ages 0-21. Sliding scale based on income. Most often referred by an orthopedic specialist. If you believe your child would benefit from this program, please call.
Services Provided: Infants and children with an orthopedic diagnosis and continued concerns can visit a specialist at one of the traveling clinics, not offered in Salt Lake. We partner with local primary care providers and assist families in the coordination of their child’s ongoing developmental needs including family support services.
Provider Profiles: Clinics with an orthopedic specialist are offered in Blanding, Moab, Price, Richfield, St. George and Vernal, one-day each, two - three times a year.

*Orthopedics also sees patients at Tiny Tots in Utah Valley one to two times a year and children at Shriners Hospital, Salt Lake County, quarterly.

The University of Utah has assumed responsibility for clinical services formerly provided by the Bureau of Child Development, Utah Department of Health.
