Youth with disabilities between the ages of 4-24. May also assist those who have had emergency surgery and are in need of a temporary wheelchair, crutches, or other device. Serving Millard, Sevier, Beaver, Piute, Wayne, Iron, Garfield, Washington, and Kane counties.
