COVID-19 Update: Office of Recovery Services locations in Salt Lake, Ogden, Provo and St. George will be closed to the public, effective April 1st, 2020. Payment kiosks within those locations will be accessible during normal business hours of 8 am to 5 pm, M - F, provided by TouchPay. Fees will be applied. ORS employees remain available to assist by phone and mail, and most conversations and concerns can be resolved using those contact methods. If the next step on the case requires an in-person appointment, a time will be scheduled once the offices are reopened to the public. Case must be able to be filed in Salt Lake County and client must be a citizen or in the country legally. Generally, in order to file a new case in Salt Lake County, at least one of the people involved in the case must live in Salt Lake County.

Services Provided:

Legal Aid Society of Salt Lake is a non-profit organization that promotes safety, stability, and self-sufficiency for low income families and individuals, as well as victims of domestic violence, through effective, efficient legal advocacy and assistance. Includes self representation, child custody, and divorce assistance.
