Provides consult, resource, and direct education services to children who are deaf, hard of hearing, blind, visually impaired, or deaf-blind from birth to age 22. Services include special education, intermediate sign language instruction, hearing aids and braille and tactile aids. Also has audiological evaluations and beginner and developmental assessment for infants and toddlers, ages three to birth to three with a developmental delay or disability. Provides brailler repair services and non-certified training to individuals, schools, and agencies who own braillers and would like to learn how to clean them.

• Increase braille literacy by normalizing braille for those with print disabilities.
• Keep braillers in good working order by educating about best practices for  general maintenance
