Eligibility: Youth and adults with severe and persistent substance abuse and mental health disorders. Sliding scale fee based on income. Services to persons who qualify for Medicaid are provided without charge.
Services Provided: Improve, enhance and promote the emotional wellbeing and growth of individuals who experience life-disrupting problems due to mental illness and/or chemical abuse. To strengthen the quality of their personal, family and community life.
