The Division has a group of subcontracted providers throughout Salt Lake County that are responsible for the treatment of referred clients, and subcontracts with the University of Utah's Assessment and Referral Services to perform assessments, offer free interim groups for individuals who may have to wait for admission into treatment, substance use disorder treatment, and utilizes school districts and other providers to deliver prevention education.COVID-19 UPDATE: Following all CDC and state guidelines.

Community assistance organization that provides the following services in Ogden and throughout Weber County. Services include Head start, Ged/Highschool equivalency test instruction, English as second language, job assistance, VITA, mental health expense assistance, adult mentoring program, and volunteer opportunities. Must be seeking substance abuse treatment and unable to pay for costs. Must have exhausted all other avenues for help: friends, family, church, etc. Must be willing to commit to at least 30 days of residential treatment.

Provides scholarships through partnerships with treatment programs for addicts in need who are seeking help and require inpatient treatment. Please note: scholarship placements take time. This is not a 24/7 emergency service. Applications are closed November, December and January of each year, reopening on the 2nd Monday in February.
